We help clients handle their benefits, money, and basic housing difficulties. When they are prepared to begin the process of relocating, we assist them with signing up for housing lists, doing a property search, and viewing potential homes.
We assist people in developing tools to manage their daily mental health, recognize and avoid triggers, and set up crisis response plans in addition to developing practical skills.
